JJ's Sweet Heat Shrimp Scampi Linguine
This shrimp scampi linguine is the perfect way to switch up your weeknight dinner recipes! With JJ's Seasonings, you can customize to your desired spice level to give this dish an extra kick.
Ingredients
Linguine noodles
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined (make sure to remove the tails)
1Tbsp minced garlic
JJ's Sweet Heat Rub, to taste
1/4 cup white wine
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- In a stockpot, cook linguine to package directions. Drain and set aside
- While pasta cooks, melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, JJ's Sweet Rub, and shrimp
- Cook until shrimp are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add white wine, lemon juice, and sour cream to pan with shrimp. Season with salt and pepper
- Bring to a simmer and remove from heat
- Stir in cooked linguine and parmesan
- Serve immediately
Notes
If you prefer your dish without a kick, substitute JJ's Sweet Rub for JJ's Sweet Heat. You get the same flavor without the spice level!
